Overview

Léon

A knight-in-training studying at the Knight Academy who became romantically involved with an attendee of the Magic Academy. A quest to assist his partner in locating a rare potion ingredient for his final exam eventually led to both of their deaths in the tower after his partner ventured inside and Léon followed. Léon died after being incinerated; therefore, little of his original body remains; instead, his spirit is permanently bound to a suit of armor.

Léon has always been passionate and outgoing, with an optimistic attitude and a loud voice. While not unintelligent, he wasn't particularly studious during his time at the Knight Academy but made up for his lackluster grades through sheer strength, power, and bravery. He has always been popular with other people as a result. While he may seem intimidating, especially now, Léon is nothing but friendly, even towards those he is supposed to be fighting against.

Trivia

  • Léon attended the same knight academy as Gabriel.
  • Léon can be temporarily incapacitated by being “extinguished” with water but will eventually reignite when dried off.
  • Léon’s flames can set his surroundings on fire if he's not paying attention. He is barred from rooms in the tower containing highly flammable or irreplaceable objects.
  • Léon’s armor technically has gauntlets, and he can re-attach them whenever he needs, but for him it's easier to keep his “hands” free.

Flames

The flames that make up Léon's hands can be reshaped into anything at all, including tangible weapons, such as blades, with which he can fight. He is able to wield conventional weapons as well, however.

Emile

Emile - Boyfriend…

Emile was Léon’s romantic partner, who often helped him with his studies and accompanied him on his adventures, always impressed by Léon’s strength and confidence. One of these adventures would inevitably end in disaster. Léon was told by The Necromancer that his Emile escaped the tower, thanks to his sacrifice. He does not believe this to be true, however, even though his search for his partner has turned up nothing.

Théo

Théo - Tension

Léon is aware that Théo dislikes him, but isn't really bothered by it. Léon doesn't have much of a reaction when Théo picks fights with him, usually only teasing him in return. If it starts to go too far, Rachnee intervenes.

Sylvain

The Necromancer - Tension

The Necromancer has a tendency to use Emile as a personal search engine for the contents of his book collection and chats with him often about his problems, their shared knowledge of magic, and other topics. It’s convenient for him because, well, it's not like Emile can go anywhere, no matter how irritating or cruel The Necromancer can be.
